Our Story
A practical academy for creative media careers.
Praxis Digital Academy was established to answer the need for competent and qualified creative professionals. Our journey began in 2020 when we opened our film school in Lagos, Nigeria, after a search for a more practical, industry-facing learning model.
Since then, the academy has trained interested individuals in videography, filmmaking, acting, photography, scriptwriting, drone piloting, digital marketing and content creation. Students come from different parts of Nigeria and beyond to learn through a structure centred around the learner.
Our courses combine theory with practical classes, studio work, field production and mentorship. The goal is simple: equip creative minds with the training, feedback, materials and confidence they need to become professionals in their chosen field.
